But, 23 years after Croatia's declaration of independence, some of the former Albanian members of the Croatian Army today are protesting the failure to recognise the status of war veteran and disabled by the Croatian state, reports Indexline.
Those with Croatian banners today are protesting in front of Croatia's embassy in Pristina, demanding that the status of war veteran and disabled be recognised.

Although their numbers are not large, they are insisting that this topic should be addressed once again by Croatia.

In front of the embassy, there is an increasing number of Kosovo Police members who are securing the facility in any case.
