According to the indictment, from the beginning of 2014 until November 2018, in the court of the CKMF, Novoberda, defendants as officials, and contrary to the law have done pollution and degradation of air, water, and land.
According to the prosecution's report, the same by co-ordinating between themselves and without permission from competent organs, as well as by employing other QKMF personnel, have done the annihilation of medical waste and various types of medicines over the longer term, burning them, causing them to become a major risk to lives and health, plant and animal world.
The prosecution has proposed to the court that the defendants plead guilty to this criminal offence and judge by law.
