“There is suspicion that the defendant A.E. on the date of 19.12.18, about the hour in Pristina, had tried to break cars with a hammer that citizens had reported on when police officials arrived at the scene and had ordered that the same man stop, the suspect started running and in order to deprive him of the life of police officials who were after him, defendant A. He had pulled the gun out of his belt and fired three times towards the police official, and by disregarding the orders of police officials has resisted his arrest in case of one of the police officials having caused slight bodily injuries”, the Constitutional Court communiqué says.
