The founding prosecutor in Gjilan, the General Department, has filed charges against a man with the V.Z. initials. Because of criminal work “Discrimim '% from Article 186 paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
According to the indictment, at an indefinite time, until October 28, 2018, the defendant V.Z., in the municipality of Gjilan, the defendant, has consistently, deliberately, with the intent of harassment, under the influence of alcohol, and because of jealousy, caused great fear and emotional distress to his wife, to hurt R.Z., in a way that after hurting her, after refusing to have intimate relations, the same begins to offending and threats in the presence of her children that she will beat her, until the moment she prays not cause her trouble.
The defendant has acknowledged that he had formerly exercised psychic and physical violence against the woman she had also requested medical treatment.
The prosecution has demanded from the competent court in Gjilan, that the defendant plead guilty to this criminal offence and pronounce criminal sanctions, with which the purpose of the sentence would be achieved.
