Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin has asked what Europe is if it does not respect its rules, referring to the violation of the CEFTA agreement. Invited to a morning programme on one of Serbian televisions, he called for implementation of the CEFTA agreement, stressing that Belgrade has respected this agreement all the time.
We in Serbia have done what we had to do, have witnessed many things to Europe. Now is the time for them to prove themselves”, he said. He added that the actions of Kosovo Albanian politicians cannot be predicted and that they behave like the KLA, so he has repeated this problem before the European Union and has demanded to know whether they are able to respect its rules.
He said Kosovo Serbs are in a difficult situation and that the Serbian state will help them. In addition, he said the army is willing to implement any order of the Serbian president, who is also the supreme commander of the army, to protect the lives of Kosovo Serbs.
“We have secured all preconditions. It is up to the head of the state to decide whether to intervene on”, said Vulin, who stressed that President Vuciq is making sure that the army is able to act as needed to help Serbs, writes “B92”.
