Kosovo Serb representatives, the leaders of the Serbian List, have held a meeting with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, respectively.
As Serbian media reports report, in the closed meeting between Serbian representatives and Vucinqi, many issues have been discussed.
After this meeting, President Vuciq himself has stated that he has ordered them not to make any scandal or barricade after, according to him, the whole situation that has been created, Albanians according to him are doing it deliberately because, as he stressed, they are nervous because of Serbia's strengthening in recent years.
Vuciq has also said after this meeting that he has asked Kosovo Serbs to deal with this situation calmly and that, according to him, no one would threaten or provoke because, on the contrary, for reasons not to give rise to foreign media to write that Serbs are hooligans or savages.
Vuciq has also said that, it would be better because if Serbs make any moves then the issue of imposing customs duties on Serbian goods would be forgotten.
At the closed meeting, I asked Serbs not to make concrete barricades”, Vuciq said.
In addition to this conference, he added, Serbs should rely on their people and their country by alluding to Serbia, adding that, compared to Albanians, Serbia does not blackmail the European Union.
According to him, the current situation created is difficult for Serbs.
I asked our Serbs to do everything they can, because their life and future are at stake. Serbs cannot survive if such measures remain in place and the decision of the SAA and CEFTA is destroyed, but also harm the daily lives of our people, as they are determined to fight and choose against such measures. I also asked them not to do anything that the other side and an international factor can use to campaign against them”, Vuciq said after the meeting, conveys the news.net.
He noted that some Albanian media and several international factors hoped that the Serbian Army, or as Vuciq himself put it, would have any Serb military movements, but, he said, because of this, ordered the Serbian Army not to make any moves.
At this conference, Vuciq did not forget even to mention Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's statement, which during the day said that they can withdraw the tax only if Serbia recognises Kosovo's independence.
Vuciq Haradinaj's statements that Serbia has used propaganda for Kosovo's non-membership in INTERPOL and other international organisations called them scandalous.
In addition, Vuciq said that with Kosovo's vote in INTERPOL, it is money that is not only Serbia that does not recognise Kosovo's independence.
At this conference, Vuciq has also been asked about the decisions or measures that Serbia and Kosovo Serbs will take for customs duty that Kosovo has imposed on Serbian goods, but the Serbian president said that, he cannot publicise all proposals that have been negotiated with the closed meeting with Serbian representatives.
Vuciq has said that with Kosovo's decision, Serbia had tied its hands, if according to him, it has agreed at this meeting to have any mechanisms to provide hospital supplies and other important facilities with food, water and other necessary materials.
Vucic said Serbia will fight for the truth, act wisely, seriously and responsibly, and will not threaten anyone.
Also, at this conference, the Serbian president has talked about visa liberalisation for Kosovo. According to Vuciqi, despite the Balkans blaming Serbia for not allowing visa liberalisation, he says Serbia is not guilty of this and that, as he put it, it is the European Union itself that does not want Albanians to move freely.
