The Kosovo government has decided on Wednesday that 100 per cent of the products imported from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina will be established.
In this regard, Communist Assembly Adviser in Presevo, from the ranks of the Alternatives for Change, Almin Shaqiri.
Shaqiri has asked the Kosovo government not to impose this tax on the Presevo Valley.
“Today the government of the Republic of Kosovo made a decision on taxes of 100 %s of Serbian products. Through this tax any product that enters from Serbia to Kosovo will pay taxes 100%, including the entire territory of Serbia and even that of the Presevo Valley.
We call on the Government of Kosovo, to consider the case of Sui Generis of Presevo Valley businesses, which have business ties with Kosovo, and to lower or lift the tax on Valley business”, Shaqiri has said.
The Kosovo government had once imposed a 10 per cent tax on products imported from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which had had affected the increase in revenues for the state budget.
