Without any concrete results, the meeting has ended about an hour between Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, Serbia's Aleksandar Vuciqi and the European Union's High Representative, Federica Moghrini.
After separate meetings with Moghrin, the two presidents had a trilateral meeting from which they came up with contradictory statements.
The first to speak after the meeting was Vuciq. The one with a tone of nervousness led statements to criticism of Kosovo over the decision to set the fee for Serbian goods.
He said Pristina is trying to make the army a part of which, according to him, Kosovo will start towards the north.
Following him, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci addressed the media, which criticised Serbia's approach to the dialogue, calling it aggressive discours.
Thaci has acknowledged that there is no easy discussion with the Serbian side, but has added that dialogue has no alternative.
Once the meeting has ended, Moghrin's office has issued a media report with what has called for the two countries to speed up commitment to dialogue.
The European Union expects Serbia and Kosovo to step up their commitment to dialogue, given the direct link that has dialogue with normalising relations between the two states and their aspirations for the EU.” Moghrini said in a media communiqué after the meeting.
