Mitrovica's Constitutional Court has accepted the prosecutor's request that Mitrovica be appointed detention to four suspected of carrying and possessing narcotics.
All four men had been arrested on November 23rd in the village of Lusht in Mitrovica by the police anti-drug unit for northern Mitrovica.
News of KALLXO.com confirmed by attorney Elvir Imer who in this case defends E.M. suspect.
“The court has accepted the prosecution's request for the appointment of the move to my client and 3 other people who were arrested together on November 23rd, and can confirm that they were assigned by a month of detention”, said lawyer Imer.
This group was made up of two people from Albania and two from Mitrovica. E.M. and E.M. from the Albanian town of Kukesi and D.F. A.B. from Mitrovica.
