The Swiss state has expelled a Kosovo couple after the man had won the Allied women in Switzerland through a extinguishing marriage with a Swiss woman, having in Kosovo a parallel marriage with an international woman, without her crowning her.
Swiss authorities managed to find out that the man from Kosovo had married a Swiss and at the moment he had won permission-of-the-room, had been separated from her, and had sought family reunion with a Kosovo woman, for whom he had declared to have married her after breaking up with the Swiss.
But besides the woman, the man from Kosovo had also asked for their little girl, who he claimed was not his daughter, but the Kosovo woman who had recently married her, after being separated from Switzerland.
Swiss authorities, believing that the man had been married in Kosovo during his marriage in Switzerland, had demanded that their little girl be tested DNA, to prove that she really wasn't a Kosovo kid who was now looking to adopt her.
The Kosovo couple had refused to have the little girl become the DNA test for proof of her fathership, and this had further convinced the Swiss authorities, in their doubt, that the Kosovo couple had been married and even had a child, until the man was officially married to the Swiss, which in reality was an extinguishable marriage, rather than to regulate the status of the permit.
The man from Kosovo in April 2014 was divorced with the Swiss citizen, and in August of the same year he was crowned with a Kosovar who lived in Kosovo, and had a four-year-old child.
These brief intermissions between marriage, residence permits, and divorce were not overlooked by the Migration Office in Zurich.
The immigration office thus praised the very high probability that in this case there is a nuclear marriage, namely that the man during his first marriage had a parallel relationship with the second woman in Kosovo and that he was the father of her daughter.
That had done, that Switzerland would get permission to stay the Kosovo couple and expel them to Kosovo. / Metro
