In this documentary, when asked whether Dehar today would be VV or P DS, Arifi has spoken of PSD people, calling them traitors after he said they left Dehar's dying wish at half.
These “agreed with the Asociation Zajednica, in whose opposition Astrit Dehar died. I had come to visit Dehar's family and grave if I wasn't at VV”, Arifi said.
Krasniqi has reacted to these statements:
I have had many hopes that in one matter VV activists will not manipulate - the case of Astri's death. Because we all had him as our friend and we should not use him in matters of daily politics.
After watching Insider's documentary, I feel deeply disappointed by Homeland statements. I can't explain how rude and painful his attitude was. He used Astroth to revile and betray his friends. This is unacceptable.
No one today has the right to speak on behalf of Astrit on political currentity. I too was asked in the documentary where Astri would be defined if he were alive, but I have such respect for my friend that I cannot afford such misuse. He has been a conscious activist and his potential decisions cannot be determined by us. No party should speak for Astri. Together we must seek justice for him!
