The Kosovo government through a communique has expressed disappointment over the state's failure to membership in Interpol.
According to the Government, the Republic of Serbia's vicious campaign once again witnessed its character against Kosovo and against the idea of normalising reports with the Republic of Kosovo, as long as before, when this membership was technical and not political.
The vote against Kosovo's accession to this international organisation only serves crime and criminals, and no one should have enjoyed this fact”, the Government communiqué said.
The government of the Republic of Kosovo thanks all states that voted for, as well as all who tried to help Kosovo in this important process.
Kosovo will continue consolidating its institutions, and in a very near future it will also be a full member of INTERPOL.
