The chairman of the KSF's Internal Affairs, Security and Supervisory Commission, Haxhi Shala, has said laws on transforming KSF into the Army could proceed for second reading by mid-December.

According to him, everything has gone its course in advance. The whole process, he said, could last another 20 days.

This has been confirmed by MSF Deputy Minister Burim Ramadani. In Puls of KTV, he has said that Kosovo Army will have 5 thousand soldiers and the entire heavy arms for the country's defence.

He has said that KSF and KFOR will co-operate even after this transformation, while according to Skender Pertesh of the Kosovar Centre for Security Studies, KFOR answers only to Resolution 1244. Pertesh has said KFOR does not respond to the Kosovo Constitution.
