According to the trial pronounced by Judge Vehbi Kashtaneva with jurors Judge Naser Foniqi of Agim Kuci, it has not been confirmed that the accused committed the criminal act as described in the indictment.
So in the absence of court evidence, the accused decided to release them from the indictment.
