Abuse is proven in legal documents, and the alleged victim claims that Weinster forced him to engage in sexual intercourse with no desire for several years.
She admitted to meeting her producer for a lunch in 2002 while trying to improve her career as an actress.
The woman, known as Jane Doe in the court documents, says Weinstein took her to his Manhattan apartment and “aggressively threatened to have sex”, despite knowing her age.
“He told her that if she wanted to be an actress, she would have to be comfortable doing whatever the director asked -- including losing virginity and dressing”, it says in documents.
She claims Weinstein continued to molest her for nearly a decade, offering her an additional role as an actress in a movie in 2004.
“Like many other women in this case who have already been exposed as a liar, this last uncontrolled statement of almost 20 years will also prove false,” said the producer's lawyer, follows the GSH.
Weinstein has been charged with abuse and sexual harassment by more than 70 women. The charges against him helped create the movement #Meto, which has seen hundreds of women accuse high profile people of sexual abuse and harassment.
