Tuesday afternoon, thousands of citizens stormed the Museum of Culture in Prizren in an effort to find work at Germany's Hamburg airport, via a company from Prizren, which has opened competitions for 2,000 jobs in the German state. However, Kosovo Prime Minister Hamush Haradinaj has indicated that this company is being investigated, though in the police said it has not launched any investigation. But even today Haradinaj has again been declared on the issue.
Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has again been declared concerning young people in Prizren who are willing to take the road to Germany to hire.
All this after a German company announcement that the day before announced employment opportunities at Hamburg airport. While the company from Prizren has opened competitions to enable Kosovars to be employed at this airport.
Today, Haradinaj has declared that the latest situation with young people in Prizren is worrying him deeply.
This situation in Prizren hurts and I feel it, all year long we worked to bring Germany to Kosovo and not us to go. I hope that citizens can find jobs in Kosovo and not outside of it”, Haradinaj said.
Meanwhile, Haradinaj had said yesterday that this company is being investigated by competent organs.
Haradinaj's statement, meanwhile, had exposed Prizren Police, which has said they have not opened cases of investigation into the company in question.
Meanwhile, officials from the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren have shown no details whether a similar investigation is under way.
And for what happened to Prizren Mayor Mytaher Haskuka has shown that he is surprised. I have no information either about this event or about the company. I hope it's not a corrupting aspect there and citizens don't fall prey to any fraud. We had no information, no days, no questions. Besides what we saw from the media, they didn't contact the municipality, nor did they ask for any co-operation from the municipality”, Haskuka said.
This company came to “yesterday. The” Red Hall in Pristina, but in the capital, it seems there were not many interested in Prizren.
In the capital, there were about 400 people who had come to apply for work at this agency, who is claiming to be serving as mediators to employ citizens in Germany.
Company “BSB Aviation” has been registered in the form of a Society with Limited Responsibilities (SHPK), with capital of only 1,000 euros, while owner figures to be a person named Bujar Berisha.
Otherwise, for fraud of some 900 working visa people in Germany, MP Milaim Zeka is currently being charged, and his business partner, Ilir Krasniqi. According to reports, Zeka and Krasniqi are charged with promising to secure a job in Germany, applicants had been forced to pay amounts ranging from 50 euros to 3,500 euros, but the working visa had never come.
