Haradinaj: No citizen leaves Kosovo if visas liberalised

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj says convinced that no Kosovo citizen will leave the country if visas are liberalised. Haradinaj claims that Kosovo has fulfilled all the conditions presented earlier, expressing confidence that the EU Council of Ministers exceeds the issue.
He says they are also working on implementing European Reforms Agency priorities, EAR, meanwhile, in December the EU Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn comes to Kosovo, and this month is the meeting of the EU Council in the composition of interior and justice ministers -- this vital meeting for Kosovo.
Haradinaj says he is asking the prime ministers of the region to lobby until Kosovo enters the agenda.
He says all this is the issue of political will, but according to him, Kosovo has passed two stages as never before in the visa liberalisation process.
To The KP, he has declared that it aims for Kosovo to become part of Schengen, and others -- Haradinaj says -- that they will then come.
It shows confident that no one will leave Kosovo.
Otherwise, Kosovo is entering the most important part of decision-making under EU institutions in terms of the visa liberalisation process.
The recent EU Council meeting for this year in the composition of interior and justice ministers is December 6th-7th. This meeting is critical to our citizens' free movement. The real diplomatic struggle should be concentrated on key EU countries, which have hesitations to vote for visa liberalisation, which, under the vote in the European Parliament, is about Holland, France and Germany.
If decision-making for the visa liberalisation process ends this year, citizens of Kosovo will be able to move freely in 2019.
