“Andansa” writes that the residence is located on the border between the towns of Altavilla Milicia and Casteldaccia, not far from the Palermo-Canania highway.
At home, there were friends and relatives who were spending the evening together. Two people, a man and a girl, were saved after they went out to buy candy.
A third person outside the house sounded the alarm with his phone while riding a tree after the house was immersed in water.
The victims drowned very quickly after the large amount of water reached the roof of the apartment.
