Culture, Youth and Sports Minister Kujtim Gashi has hosted representatives of the Z-Mobile Pristina basketball club today after the historic success achieved for the qualifications among the 16 best teams in FIBA Europe Cup.
Bardects from Pristina have held an excellent match in Lithuania to mark the third victory under the E Group, the triumph that has assured the capitals for the first time in club history, the transition to the second group stage in the main European race.
Minister Gashi has congratulated basketball players and club leaders on success achieved. He appreciated that with commitment and will, it can be achieved to success. “As minister and as minister we will be with you we will support you to the maximum right now, we are finalising laws that will further stimulate support of the sport. I encourage you to use these legal priorities”, Minister Gashi ordered.
Minister Gashi has asked basketball players and club representatives to give the best in international representations and to present Kosovo with dignity. He promised the full support of MKRS in the future as well.
Meanwhile, basketball players and club leaders Z-Mobile Pristina thanked Minister Gashi for the hospitality, congratulations and readiness shown to support their club. They promised that in international competitions that will participate in the best possible way possible, not only the club and their town, but Kosovo as well.
