Environment Ministry illegally employs former AKR leadership member

This conflicts with the new Law for the prevention of conflict of interest, which has entered into force in April of this year, writes Koha Ditore today.
The high office has no right to engage in contractual relations, directly or through any relative or trusted person with the institution in which it has exercised public office for a period of up to two (2) years after the end of the public function”, this law states.
Had been appointed senior political adviser to MMPH on November 20th last year and has stayed in the post until July of this year.
Initially in May of this year, the MMPH had announced internal competition for the position of ARPL leader. But this competition was cancelled at the secretary's decision, as only two of the candidates who had applied had met the criteria for this position and that there should be at least three. On August 31st, he had announced the new contest, in which he was scheduled to apply candidates outside the institution. On October 16th of this year, MMPH has announced that it has chosen Arta Hajajne to head this department.
