She said Kosovo is failing in diplomacy because it has dualism in attitudes and this is costing it internationally.
She has for the first time declared that in the Brussels talks, there has been a tendency to negotiate the borders, but she has refused to give up this topic.
“There have been attempts by Stefanovic to discuss the borders, but this I did not allow”, Tahiri declared, in RTK.
