He told RTS that Pristina's tactics are about hardening the situation in order to make any decision, like visa liberalisation with the EU.
They're counting on them to trade with this. These are dangerous games for the entire region, as Aleksandar Vuciq said, we have a series of incidents that are happening immediately on the eve of dialogue”, Dacic said.
According to him, it is important that Belgrade, first of all, be part of a permanent solution for Kosovo, as this is important for the stability and peace of the entire region.
The head of Serbian diplomacy also stressed that any unpopular agreement does not guarantee long-term peace, and that is why Serbia is located in its positions.
Speaking to the Serbian Orthodox Church, he said he agreed with the position that Kosovo should not be divided, but the question is how to achieve this.
“Prayers do not help much. We're for peace, we don't hit the drums of war, but if someone wants to attack our people, they need to know that we're going to react to”, Dacic concluded.
