The president of Cyprus, Nikos Anastassidias, will send letters Monday to all leaders of EU member states, as well as European Council Chairman Donald Tusk and the European Commission Jean Claude Juncker on the Kosovo issue. That is Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq himself has said.
The “for me is important that others speak for Kosovo, people who enjoy respect, not just me as president of the country” said Vuciq during meeting with Cypriot president in Nicosia.
Cyprus is one of five states that do not recognise Kosovo's independence.
