Cold shower by Chancellor Kurz

Austria's Chancellor spoke up, without equivoika and with much transparency.

No phrases and no common sentences of diplomatic jargon. He clearly indicated that Austria has changed its attitude yesterday, Chancellor Kurz played the post office. Belgrade's messages were forwarded to Pristina.

This is painful but at least now we have known his attitude. In the future, we cannot and should not be surprised.

It is clear that Austria is for partitioning Kosovo, against visa liberalisation and against forming the military. There is hardly a difference between the current Austrian and Serbian politics.

His statements should be read correctly and should be taken seriously.

It is now understood that Austria's earlier statement by the vice-cancellary, Heinz-Christian Strache, was not an case, nor was it made without the preliminary permission of Chancellor Kurz.

Remember that Mr. Heinz-Christian Strache had said that Kosovo's “case has not yet finished”. It is clear that other winds are now blowing out of a friendly state which historically played a positive role in relation to Kosovo. That hurts!

If to oppose Kosovo is an easy thing, it is surprising the courage of Chancellor Kurz to come out openly against Chancellor Merkel.

While the prosperity of the meeting has gone well (s) Thaci Kurz, signs show that the meeting with Haradinaj has had another dynamic.

If others have the courage to do it here in Pristina, then the language and rhetoric of our political representatives (who they will be) must change. We don't have to lay down our heads anymore the humiliations have to stop.

Until the Austrian Chancellor made us experience a cold shower, the parliament of Kosovo continues the parade of devalated actors. Because of their dirty political calculations they cannot vote even a resolution that could at least influence the setback of the Austrian Kurs and other Kurse from the idea of mutilating Kosovo territory.
