The Constitutional Court in Pec has partially approved the prosecution's request by Seniha Genadini.

According to the trial compiled by Judge Fatmir Baloku, the Peja municipality indictee owes that the plaintiffs, in the name of sufferings experienced, fear, ugliness, treatment and strengthened food, make up for 3 thousand 157 euros, the Justice Betim reports.

In the reasoning of the trial provided by “Justice Vow (GYG) ”, it points out that by managing evidence during the trial, it has been proven that the indictment municipality is responsible for paying off material and not material damage as a result of the attack by stray dogs.

The passive legality of the indictee is confirmed by provisions of Article 14 par.1 points E and I of the District of Pec and Article 17, E and Law on Local Self-Government. According to provisions of Article 14 par.1 of the Paya Community Status, the indictee has full and exclusive competencies in local interest by implementing applicable legislation, among other things protection of the local environment and promotion, human rights protection”, is highlighted in the Constitutional Court Act in Pec.

According to the tribunal, there are no claims of authorising the indictee, that the Pec Community is not competent to offer the safety of citizens from wandering dogs and compensation to citizens for causing the consequences by wandering dogs.

Otherwise, in the indictment exercised on January 20, 2017, at the Constitutional Court in Pec, the prosecution side reportedly had suffered the same injuries as a result of a stray dog's bite, which took place on November 22, 2016, about 22: 00 p.m. in her backyard, at the “Ahmet Gjikoli “in Pec.

According to the indictment, the Genadeen accuser, on the critical night of going out into the courtyard, was suddenly attacked by a wandering dog who had bitten him on the belly.

At the end of the indictment, the plaintiff has proposed to force the indictee, the Pec municipality, to bring in plaintiffs Seniha Genadini, on behalf of compensation for bodily injuries caused by being bitten, to compensate for the material and not material damage.
