So says the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
It points out that the Special Prosecution Act, which has been embezzlement during the exercise of official office, has been dropped.
“While the side side by side of each has proven the prosecution's indictment for criminal activity: “Avoid taxing” from Article 249 for the accused V.H. It has been cancelled on the part of this court and returned to re-establish”, the announcement concludes.
