Tomorrow Pjetr Noecaj will appear before the Gjakova Court to respond to the indictment, which charges him with the murder of his wife and daughter in Brecoc, Gjakova.
For tomorrow it's meant to be the initial trial session.
The hearing will be led by Judge Guzim Pozheg.
Gjakova's foundation prosecutor has filed charges against accused Peter Nocaj because of the serious criminal act “serious murder” and for criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, reports Kalxo.com.
The indictment charges defendant Peter Noecaj with going to the home of his armed wife's brothers, where he had fired automatic rifles toward his wife and daughter. The same wounds have changed lives.
At the trial hearing for the detention measure, following prosecutor Agron Matjan's claims, accused Peter Noecaj had deteriorated his health condition and the hearing had been improvised in the hospital.
In his statement, Noecaj had said he was sorry for the murder of his wife and daughter, denying that he was intent on committing the murder.
During the investigation phase, suspect Noecaj had refused to speak to the Prosecutor, conditioning his statement with a meeting with his children.
Although he was handed down by Prosecution Court Judge Shacir Zika has been scheduled for a month's detention measure for the murder of Valbona Noecaj and her daughter has staged protests in nearly all Kosovo cities.
Later, the Gjakova Court, at the prosecution's request, had continued for two months the detention measure for Peter Nocecane, leaving him in custody until November 5th.
Prosecutor Agron Matyan, in his claims, had said there are all legal reasons for continuing the detention measure, considering that the height of the sentence for this work is no less than 10 years in prison or life imprisonment.
On the other hand, the 26 September prosecution has filed charges against Nocaj, giving its version of the August 7th tragedy in Brecoc in Gjakova.
40-year-old Valbona Noecaj and her 9-year-old daughter were shot to death on the evening of August 7th.
The incident explains the beginnings of the couple's conflict to the murder that shocked not only Gjakova.
The suspect Peter had gone to Valbonne's family in order to reconcile himself, but the agreement of reconciliation between them had not been reached and he had begun threatening him through phone messages now felt by Valbona, said in the indictment.
In this case, the family of the late Valbona had expressed doubts in the police work, saying they had not acted properly.
According to a report issued by the Kosovo Police Inspectorate, it had said police officials had handled the case properly, but the prosecution was the one who had not asked for additional action by the police and had thus launched investigations into the work of police officials.
It is already known that the couple had problems earlier, where the suspect Peter was also charged with the criminal offense.
This case of domestic violence was reported in May this year, and Noecaj had remained in custody for a month.
