No complaint on this decision can be filed, the report said.
More than 100 Catholic clergymen are being investigated in Chile on charges of sexual assault and attempted to hide them. The 34 priests of Chile had offered their resignation in May following the scandal.
In September, the pope had freed priest Fernando Karadima, 88, from office for child abuse. / REL
