Vetevendosje Movement leader Albin Kurti has remembered today the 21st anniversary of student protests.
Kurti, in a post on the social Facebook network, writes that on the 21st anniversary of the student protests, the tomb of former UPP Rector Ejup Statovci, the academic of resistance, the jurist of resistance, the leaders of the self-organised Albanian university, in the harsh times of apartheid, the intellectual that led us to the 1997 protests.

“Twenty-one years later, we gathered again, indiscriminately party, to remember the October 1, 1997, student and peaceful protest. We lived at the grave of the former UPP reactor, Prof. Ejup Statovci, the academic of resistance, the resistance lawyer, the chairman of the self-organised Albanian university, in the harsh times of apartheid, the intellectual who led us to 1997 protests.
