According to the AKP's KMDLNJ, it does not feel the obligation for the fact that it does not manage this asset and that this obligation, with the signing of the agreement with the Pristina Community on transferring ownership which accepts debts, belongs to this municipality. “To The KMDLNY is not important with changing the addresses of responsibility for paying salaries for services offered to workers at the Youth Palace, but it is important and legal obligation for workers to receive unregulated salaries, otherwise it is a serious violation of workers' rights as well as their families because in most cases these employed are family holders”, said a Council communique.
According to KMDLNJ under a serious socio-economic environment where most employees struggle for survival due to low wages to deprive them of pay/compensation rights for the provided services represents serious violations of human rights, and KMDLNj requires responsible institutions to take immediate action in behalf of workers whose rights are obliged to protect by law.
