Today, in Gjilan, a regular meeting of nurses who make house calls for mothers and children has been held.
The purpose of this meeting was to exchange medical experiences and practices during home visits as well as monitor results achieved during the January-September 2018 period.
At a meeting of nurses who make house visits for mothers and children, Minister Ismaili offered support for the growth of this program
He said that since the beginning of his mandate this project has been one of them has convinced him that he should support and grow further.
I'll be willing to offer all my support so that these visits to the house for mothers and children can be developed and raised. Mothers and children have no one more than you. Therefore, we appreciate the unspoiled work you do and the help you do to mothers and children, and we ask you to maintain the dynamic to provide these services”, said Minister Ismaili, according to the media statement.
He assured nurses and visiting coordinators that they would not be alone in offering these services.
Furthermore, Minister Ismaili said he would also discuss with mayors so that these visits are not allowed to occur in numbers, but also increase in volume and quality.

A total of 736 home visits have been made during this year. These visits are currently held in 14 municipalities -- Prizren, Dragash, Gjakova, Fushe-Kosovo, Lipjan, Obilic, Gjilan, Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Viti, Shtime, Dardan, Kacanik and Hani of Elez.
Drenas, Vushtrria, and Skenderaj are expected to benefit by the end of 2018.
