Incidents among Kosovo ticket buyers have arrests

Kosovo police have arrested a man in Dardan, just minutes ago. Indexline sources at the scene suggest the person in question was waiting to buy a ticket to the Kosovo- Malta football match. The same person has been followed to the police station.
