The prosecutor has read the indictment that charges Noecane with illegal murder and possession.
Noecaj has not been declared at all, but, in his name, the lawyer has expressed regret over the case, demanding that a plea deal be negotiated.
That request was agreed upon by the prosecutor of the case.
Against the proposal for reaching a plea agreement has voiced protection of the damaged party.
The judge made a decision to postpone the session until the parties involved reach agreement and come up with proposals.
After that, the Court is expected to decide whether it agrees with the parties' proposals or whether the case will go into major scrutiny.
