In the report, Moldovan, Georgian and Kosovo authorities are again urged to review extradition requirements transparently and to follow judicial procedures in line with European principles and standards.
The report has also invited EU institutions to support countries resisting Ankara's pressure, while MPs voiced concerns about pressure exerted by the Turkish government on educational institutions.
