This municipality is determined it will not allow this company to work until it fulfills its commitments. The Ministry of Infrastructure has also been involved in finding a solution, but so far it has not been able to make a solution.
The chairman of Elez's Hanin municipality, Rufki Suma, has said that the municipality has had good co-operation with the company “Bechtel-Enka” since the start of highway work, while the municipality has also given the consent to do the work, but the damage that is being done during the work has not been repaired, while we have continued complaints from citizens.
