For 9 months 10 police officers are arrested and 30 suspended.

Within the first nine months of this year for involvement in various criminal acts, 10 police officials have been arrested, as well as 30 others suspended.

Security affairs officials claim small wages are responsible for misusing police officials.

On the other hand, Kosovo Police Union officials reason with police, stressing that they face citizens who feel vulnerable and do not mind a ticket to file complaints at the Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK)

There is no small number of police officials who, although called upon to protect the law and order, are themselves those who do not respect or violate it by committing criminal acts.

Some of them have even been arrested for involvement in criminal acts “Blerje, possession, distribution and unauthorized narcotics sales”.

Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK) from January to September has investigated over 140 police officials for various criminal acts.
