Kosovo boxer Erdonys Maliqi has learned lots at the Youth Olympic Games, Buenos Aires 2018.
The 17-year-old will face the first match with the maroken, Mohammed Boulaou, in the category of up to 64kg. Boulaou is a junior African champion after the gold medal won on May 11th of this year.
Erdonis has been well prepared for several weeks in Durres Albania and in Buenos Aires, Argentina, along with coach Shefki Boguyevci. He is willing to cross gloves with each opponent.
In his category are six contestants, and in the event of Erdonys' victory, he will qualify in the semifinals, where he would be a victory far from the medal.
Mechi between Maliqi and Boulaouya takes place tomorrow (s Sunday), 11:30 p.m. at our local time, while at 18:30 local time in Argentina.
