EULEX has withdrawn from the request run weeks ago by the Kosovo Judiciary Council (KGJK) for the return of the judge, Nora Blace, who has been part of the court when the separate investigation was conducted two years ago. Several protected witnesses were questioned in that process.
In addition to withdrawing from the request about Blace, the international mission has returned the next judge, Vladimir Micula, who has also been along with Blace part of the special investigation. He is one of the judges appointed months ago at the Special Court.
However, Mikila's return is not known if it will be enough not to bring the trial back to the “zero”. Everything, in responses EULEX has returned to “Koha Ditore” will be agreed upon the trial process begins.
