It's called SERP ATV. It's designed by Russian Alexey Gargashyan and it's a childhood toy in actual size.

It's a monster vehicle that knows obstacles. SHERP wheels occupy 70 percent of its size, and the 4584 mechanism makes it more easily pass the unexpected obstacles to the ground.

As long as we talk about dry terrain, there's plenty of such tools, but the special thing about SHERP is that it's not just a car but it's also transformed into a boat, which is thanks to the wheels that keep it on water and function as a helica to move on it.

The U.S.A.A.R.P. travels at a speed of up to 70 miles [70 km] on the road and about four miles per water to get it, the production company has put it up for $650,000.
