Serbia's first Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has cancelled a diplomatic visit to Rome because his father has died.
According to Serbian media, after meeting with Vatican Relations Secretary Paul Galleger, as well as Vatican State Secretary Peter Parrolin, he has completed his official visit to the Vatican, the Foreign Ministry has announced.
The head of Serbian diplomacy has visited Rome after the invitation of Italian diplomacy head Angelo Alfano during the International Conference on the Responsibilities of the United States, Institutions and Individuals in the fight against anti-Semiticism of the OSCE.
Dacic is also said to have participated in a meeting with the Pope, organised for delegation leaders. /Periscopi/
