The challenge for the State and Special Court!
The Hague Tribunal may also have been unjust to Albanians, but Ramush Haradinaj, from the prime minister's position, had surrendered himself to him, saying that famous “so sentence, I have to make a sacrifice for my country and have decided to resign and leave for The Hague” tomorrow!
Without question, the Special Court is unfair because it is the first case of creating an ethnic court! But perhaps even this time others should make a sacrifice for their country!
Justice isn't always fair!
