Albanian philosophical thought and its vision in political views made it known before the entire Albanian opinion as the most valuable thinker after the BAR90s years. His intellectual activity possessed a range and a ability to unlock substantially the social processes that exceeded the entire Albanian society.

His personality was known as a contributor to the factoring of Albanian politics in the Republic of Macedonia, especially in the time of confrontation between the arrogance of Macedonian politics and the inferiority of Albanian politics, taking steps to move towards the future that should put a balance between Macedonian irrational dreams and multi-ethnic ambitions of Albanians.

Arba Xhaferri's figure was and remains like one of the most precious and original thinkers worldwide in Albania. His clear intellectual thoughts about social processes and philosophical-political thinking make him one of the most valuable figures of Albanian philosophical thought.

His philosophical thought makes him the most precious figure after the first sociologist in Kosovo, Professor Fehmi Agani and the first Albanian politicalologist, Mr. Uksin Hotin, who is highly regarded as a researcher and argumentative of Albanian sociological and philosophical thought of the 20th century.

Arba Xhaferri was born on 24 January 1948 in the town of Tetovo, Republic of Macedonia. In the mid-1990s, it is among the first to be expelled from Pristina Television by Slobodan Milosevic's installed policy regime.

After his expulsion from Pristina Television began working on the weekly “Koha”, with editor Mr. Veton Surroi and“Four”, which was run by national affairs activities Mr. Adem Demach, as well as some other Albanian media, including many prestigious newspapers in the world. After 1993 Xhaferri decided to fight a mission without any price, respectively, to contribute with his intellectual range with the elite policy of the Republic of Macedonia.

With its exit from politics, for health reasons from 2007 to 2012, he returned to the world of journalism, dealing with opinions and television debates on the issue of Albanian politics and culture. Arbe Xhaferri passed away on August 15, 2012, at Skopje's Neurosurgic Clinic, about 1600, as a result of a stroke a week ago, even though he suffered from Parkinson's disease in 1992, that was his main reason for his decision to return to Tetovo.

With his return to Tetovo in 1993, he returned to the Albanian political scene in the Republic of Macedonia, being elected a year later as chairman of the political subject the Albanian Democratic Party, founded together with Menduh Thaci.

This subject was formed after the division of the political subject the Party for Democratic Prospers, which was divided into two political factions, the Old Party for Democratic Prospers, was supported by the top state bodies of the Republic of Macedonia, while the faction, released by the Party of Democratic Prospers, which emerged with the candidacy of independent candidates, with Prime Minister Arboni Xhaferrin manifested itself with mass support of Albanians in Macedonia.

With his coming to power, he managed to install a new geostratege on the Macedonian political scene. Being known as the construction of the platform for consensual democracy, as a precondition for preventing marginalisation trends applied at the time against respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms of Albanians in Macedonia, but also as an efficient tool against the territorial division still threatening Macedonia.

Xhaferri's role in the Ohrid negotiations was one of the firms of this agreement, which ended the armed conflict in Macedonia but did not solve the problem between Albanians and Macedonians, as it later acknowledged.

During his activity in the world of politics, he has published two works of“DPA not on paper” and “Democracy Challenges in the Multiethnic States”, while under the care of Republika Srpska Prime Minister Edi Rama, the National Centre of “Kosova”, in Pristina and “Dudaj” in Tirana, published five volumes over 2000 pages of essays and excellent analysis of Arben Xhaferri over “, ” The challenge from religious extremism”, “Albanian Causza in Macedonia”, “Kosovo's resolution”.
