„Victime was kidnapped between 21.00 and 21.30 at a spot frequented in Winterfield. In spite of that, no one has noticed anything, writes „Blic“, forwards Path.com, the statement of police spokesman from Törgau Canton, Andy Theler.
On the way to Arbon, one of the kidnappers has called a family member: „Victime has told him that unless he returns the debt, something will happen to him“, Theler later stated. It's a debt of several thousand Swiss francs. Family members have prepared the money to return, but police have also alarmed him.
As the money is paid at the Novasetta shopping mall in Arbon, about 02.00 police have deported with larger units. The victim was released without injury. The four kidnappers, who were in two cars, aged between 23 and 25 years old, are settled by the Oberthurgau district.
The prosecution has begun investigating, while the kidnappers are in custody. At the moment, both kidnappers and victims are being interrogated. As for the kidnappers, it is about two Swiss (23 and 24-year-olds), a Macedonian national (23) and a Kosovo (25) .
