In a response to Periscope, Kosovo Police Deputy Commander for the Mitrovica region Besim Hoti has said to this phase of investigation who has been the last owner to register the vehicle, while what happened to the vehicle is still unknown.
“is managed to understand where the last owner has been. But this is being investigated and processed by police investigators. As far as the last owner who was registered has been a vehicle, and this goes on in a chain that was passed by the first owner who bought and sold it, and who had enough, and this is information that I don't possess and I have no right to comment on it at this stage of investigation. It's an extremely investigative case that the prosecutor is constantly working on”, Faith Hoti said about Periscope.
Hoti has shown that they are currently analyzing all evidence that could lead to the authors of Oliver Ivanvovic's murder.
They're working on the processing of all of the data they have, from their breasts, films, statements, and all of what can be done to the investigative group as part of the investigative development”, Hoti has expressed himself to Periscope.
Hoti has said the location of the owner who had the last car is somewhere in the Republic of Serbia.
For this, Hoti says international organisations with which Kosovo police are co-operating have also helped him.
It's the number of car fountains, and through that and international organisations that help the Kosovo Police, there have been notes where they saw the source behind this car, where it was produced and who was the last owner. The last owner has been found somewhere with location in the Republic of Serbia, but what I'm not capable of, because it's a sensitive question of investigators<x1...
Hoti said it's still unknown who drove the car in the last few moments.
“This final part of who's been driving the last moment, we don't know. I can't day after day at this stage, because I'm not a police investigator.
