Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has acknowledged that with non-visa liberalisation Kosovo has remained isolated, while with regard to demarcation, he said there is not much space left on the issue to negotiate with Montenegro, as the topic has gone to the Parliament.
He made these comments at a media conference after the Kosovo Government meeting, in which he has been discussed on issues of the country's interest.
Haradinaj said that next month, he will be five at the meeting his Montenegrin counterpart, Dusan Markovic, which is due at the time when there is no reconciliation about the border demarcation issue with Montenegro.
Montenegro's “prime minister honours Kosovo with this visit, talks on bilateral topics. The purpose of the visit is to deepen relations between the two countries. Kosovo has a strategy with Albania. We have a protocol with Macedonia and hope for an interstate protocol between Kosovo and Montenegro. As far as demarcation is concerned, the topic has gone to parliament and there is no room for negotiating between the prime ministers”, Haradinaj has said.
Speaking about resolving demarcation and finding a consensus, Haradinaj said he welcomes any contribution to finding a solution.
He has already talked about refusing a US travel visa.
It's too bad if it happens. They would have done well to reject visas from politicians and give it to citizens. Too bad there's a place left like this. The politicians don't send them down, they get their visas, they get them. What is painful is that Kosovo is isolated. I have a visit on February 26th, applied as any citizen to visit, I have requested extraordinary procedure. These scriptures that happened don't know why they happened, they're not. For America I've had some invitations, it's not so good to go without a bilateral visit and when there's such a situation I go to America and anywhere in the world. It's like when I woke up at first they said no one wished for it, but there was no one who saw me. I urge the media not to rush that they know what they say then”, Haradinaj said.
As for the special court case, Haradinaj has given no answer when it will be addressed.
“ight was running the conference without this question. She's come to government means every pocket is the usual procedure. I don't have any answers, whenever the procedure brings days, we treat”, Haradinaj said. /Periscope
