What's going on with football in Kosovo?

Almost 19 years of liberation, and 10 years from Kosovo's declaration of independence, unfortunately and unfortunately, progress has very little, as in terms of infrastructure, quality or football bodies. Every time he passes near the Pristina football stadium, my mind immediately goes back to the 1990s, then I like too much [...]

Football Federation, continue with reforms within the federation, establishment of management capacities, providing assistance to the club body, training needed by trainers, referaries, delegates, as well as all involved in organising, developing and maintaining football events, approaching new people, approaching former officials, football players who can contribute to the overall football advance in Kosovo.
To draw up long-term plans and see opportunities to reorganize football leagues, in order to increase atraktability, competitiveness and the quality of football, and to get viewers back to our stadiums (at least, football is played for viewers), we're always talking about this being done in cooperation with the highest international football stages. F IFA and U EFA, and under their rules.

Football clubsAnd to work in quality, to be professionally organized, as should be organised by a club, that together with the Football Federation, to train and licensed all those who are involved in the club, from club economists to sports directors, to invest more in new age groups, but at the same time bringing experienced players from the region or beyond, who would increase the quality and competition in teams, improve the conditions for football players, but also the material conditions (should be worked more in the approach of the mayors now, and at the law being adopted by the municipalities, or beyond the other six-months of the coaching club, which is not going to be turned into the economy's shape of the club, so that there is not going to be any other careers in the way of driving.

Ministry of SportsTo draw up long-term plans for football development, to make the next 3-4 years of football a priority for this ministry, but also for the government in general, the more work it has to work on improving infrastructure (some steps just to start, with planning to build some synthetic grass fields in some municipalities in Kosovo), but to continue to become much more in this respect.

All of these mentioned above, the Federation of Football, Clubs, and Sports, must be more co-ordinated and work together, in the opposite direction football will remain the way it is in quality, viewers will hardly go back to the stadiums' ladder, while in international competitions we will only go as tourists.
