Visar Ymer is no longer chairman of the Vetevendosje Movement. At a media conference, he announced the opinion with his recent decision to resign from this position and other leadership positions, including that of the member of headship, as well as from the position of member of the General Council.

Umer said that this is one of the most difficult decisions of his life, until he even showed the reasons why he put it behind him, writes Periscope.

He said that a major problem has constantly disturbed him, who he says is not supportive but who has grown to uncontrolled proportions.

Periscop has secured the complete letter of Ymer's resignation, which we publish below:

Dear V Movement activists and activists DON'T!

Honored members of the General Council,

Since today I have decided to resign irrevocable from all my leading positions in Movement V. From the position of Movement Speaker, from that of the headship member, as well as from the position of member of the General Council of Movement. I have to say right away that this is one of the most difficult decisions I've ever made in my life.

It's been a long time, more than a year, that we're facing a growing-sized problem that I don't even want or support. For 11 years we have worked together and contributed to build a political organization that is completely different from all other subjects, as a political concept and program, and therefore as a way of functioning and organizing. We had three pillars at the heart of this political organization: Loyalty to the political concept, which has strengthened our organization and increased that cohesion; The mutual trust among activists, based on the fundamental value of equality between us, even when we were inevitably in different positions within the organisation; Self - sacrifice, or giving up focus on my collective welfare, in this case within our organization. By giving up everything in our power, each one of us, for the enrichment and progress of our political concept, and by giving up, each of us, from self - determination and self - realization, have arrived where we are, and we have come to see you differently: as incorruptible, sincere, reliable.

Unfortunately, this last year has begun to destroy the foundations of these three important pillars of our organization. We have faced a systematic campaign of slander, insinuations, links and labels from different backgrounds. People have been called abusers and service associates. People who have distributed such propaganda have been called to the name of Albin. Sometimes we agreed that these things would stop, but that never happened. I don't like this approach, I don't support it because it hurts our organization a lot - the method of political elimination. This approach is harmful because it is informal. It is unfair because it is based on slander and insulin. It is unnecessary because the Movement has its own organs both disciplinary and statuteic that have the potential and the will to protect each one of the activists from violating integrity and to protect the organization from those who want to harm it. This way of operation is extremely harmful and dangerous. As we don't need it. Because it destroys mutual trust among activists we've cultivated for a long time. This method destroys cohesion in the organization. Without this cohesion the Movement does not stand together. And when the movement is not united, it is not strong. And when it's not strong, we all lose. Not just us, but the whole Kosovo.

Of course, busy people also make mistakes. And mistakes should be highlighted and treated. But be treated as mistakes. At the moment the error is cast into doubt about motives, when there is no reason for such a thing, then the error takes on another meaning. And it is treated differently. And you don't have a choice. Just bring new problems. It just takes us away.

This problem, depending on how we solve it, can make us much stronger. But we have to settle it. And let's get it straight. Only then will his solution serve as a precedent for the future. If we don't solve the problem right then we'll be installed as the method of organising our function. That would hurt us a lot. Our organisation should be a democratic, open, inclusive organisation, conceivedly ideologically clear, with decentralisation of intellectual and political production, with fair guidance, open decision-making, and clear vision for the future. We must continue the path of development and growth of our organization. But not every road leads us there. Movement V EVIDENCE! consists of activists and members who unite the concept of the programme, ideology, and political practice. We are all together loyal to the idea. Not human. An organization that has loyalty to man rather than to the idea is behind the door. The movement has never deviated from being such an organization. And so it must remain.

I quit today as a sign of disagreement with these developments. But even as an act of disappointment that I have not been able to stop. I have recently seen an increased intensity of my full disregard for my position as head and governing body every time they made decisions that have not been in line with the will of some of the activists. Under these circumstances it is impossible to guide. And if I don't run, then there's no point in being chairman. I hope this resignation of mine will be understood as an alarm for the situation we've come to understand and will be understood correctly by all, especially those who have been involved in this campaign of lynching and desecration against certain people, to give up this approach, to shake their minds, not to destroy an entire organization for personal whims.

Yet I thank you all for your joint work. During this term as long as I was chairman of the Movement, I'm so glad that we have both achieved unprecedented results not only for the Movement but for the late political history of the Republic. I'm so glad that together we've managed to stop the Zajednica of Demarkation with protest and self-deflict engagement of everyone. We had organized these protests together with the AAK and the Initiative. I am also grateful and happy for a well - organized process of domestic elections, a process that consolidated our organization, and prepared it for two choices held in 2017. But above all, I am extremely grateful and happy for the outcome of the two choices held the following year. Our movement doubled in this election. That's what I think best shows the strength of this movement. The election result is the product of all of us's long-term joint engagement. In no way should we allow this outcome to be absorbed. He is the result of the Movement, and is the people's victory. Anyone who thinks otherwise is wrong, and it's not for good aim.

The Republic of Kosovo badly needs a political subject that features the integrity, autonomy, honesty, democracy, sincerity, determination and stability that politics needs. These are essential principles that I think Movement should follow. But these degradation then whether and when the individual takes the primat above the blood, whether and when the Movement is transformed into the extension of a man's will, if and when the Movement remains hostage to personal ambitions. The installation of the dictatorship is a problem in itself, but usually it is not a goal in itself. If political action in Movement is dictatorship then there is no concept, principle and program, it is just the word of an individual.
