Appeal rejects defence complaint, Sadri Ramabaja remains in prison

News has been confirmed by lawyer Ramiz Krasniqi.

Sadri Ramabaja is suspected by Kosovo Special Prosecutor for two criminal acts: Murders of senior representatives of the Republic of Kosovo and preparation of terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo.

Another LPK official, whose party Sadri Ramabaja has met, has been arrested for the same acts months ago.

Murat Jashar was arrested after the assassination of lawyer and former senior communist official, Azem Vlases.

Vlases had remained wounded with firearms in the attack that was carried out in his apartment in Pristina. /Kallex/
