According to William Tomkins, an air space designer who worked for NASA large corporations contractors during the Apollo era, the Navy's secret plan came to a crushing end during the Apollo 11 mission when Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin met by a fleet of alien spacecraft.

Tompkins' account of what really happened on the moon was explained in recently published autobiography, entitled as “selected by aliens”.

At Monday landing, Tompkins worked for RW, a space guide corporation that built the first NASA satellite, Pioneer 1.

TW was responsible for a series of critical components used on the Apollo ship and its personnel were at the Apollo Mission Operations Centre, reports “Locking”, Transmission Periscope.

Tompkins was an employee of the RW from July 1967 to March 1971, which describes his role in helping draft the Cape Canaveral Operation Centre in Florida.

Tompkins describes what he had designed for Apollo and NOVA missions:

The chief of Engineering Sector has conceived dozens of missions and spacecraft designed for exploration operations for planets orbiting our closest stars.

It has designed a terminal that will be built on Mars, massive NOVA vehicles and equatorial launch facility.

I also designed the numerous 2,000-strong military bases to be launched on our moon... I designed testing and launching systems for Saturn V, SIV-1B and re-processing with command control of the Moon vehicle, a complete resuscitation of key objects' operations for the entire Nice Control Centre,” he added. /Periscopi/
