Klokoqi Rugova even voiced confidence that Haradinaj will positively close President Ibrahim Rugova's mission.
He also remembers the time when the AAK leader voluntarily discontinued the mission, which was launched along with President Rugova, to face justice bodies at The Hague.

Your Honor, Prime Minister,
Despite the fact that you voluntarily cease the mission launched along with historic President Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, to first be correct with international justice bodies, and secondly to defend the clean war of the KLA, and despite the fact that yesterday many MPs did not vote on your close co-operation with President Dr. Ibrahim Rugova and the contribution you and your family have contributed to Kosovo's liberation, you have arrived after 13 years to return and continue the work left half.
You, along with the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, are those who never stopped loving, respected and grateful to figure, life and work of historic President Dr. Ibrahim Rugova.
I'm pretty sure that you as President of History Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, recognizing the work, philosophy and action of historic President Dr. Ibrahim Rugova will closely close the mission of historic President Dr. Ibrahim Rugova for a free and democratic Kosovo, with all its integrated citizens in the EU, NATO and permanent friendship with the US.
Congratulations, Prime Minister, and continue on the road to empowering the state you started with President of History Dr. Ibrahim Rugova in 2004!
